Barry of 6 Ermine & Gules, overall 3 crescents Sable [WATERTON of Methley];
3) Barry of 6 Argent & Azure, in chief 3 lozenges Gules and in the fess
point on the Argent a spur rowel of five points Sable [FLEMING of
Woodhall]; 4) Gules, a lion rampant Vaire armed, langued & crowned Or
[BARON EVERINGHAM of Laxton]. Shield surmounted of a Baron Baillie’s cap.

Crest: On a mound an oak tree fructed all Proper.

Motto: "STAND SURE"
