Windmill, Bruges - 2004

The heraldry is removable and it wasn't up for the whole Congress. But the heraldry, from chief to dexter to sinister to base, represent Flanders, Belgium (flag), Old Flanders and City of Bruges. The arms and (unofficial?) flag of the province of West Flanders, where Bruges is located, impales the Old Flanders and Flanders arms.
